Adding and Updating Payment Methods

Where can I add my payment method?

You can add multiple payment methods to your Partial.ly customer account at partial.ly/login.

Go to the Payment Methods section on the side menu and select the 'add a new payment method' button. Once your payment method has been added, you will need to go to your plan to assign the payment method to the plan.

I added my payment method to the Payment Methods section. How do I assign it to my plan?

Once you have added your new payment method to the Payment Methods section, you will need to assign it to your plan.

Go to your dashboard to access your open plan. Select the details link next to the open plan.

You can update the payment method from the dropdown menu within your plan.

You will immediately see an update notification at the top once you choose your card.

What payment methods can I use?

All merchants accept credit and debit card. Some may also accept methods like Cash App or a bank account.

Who can use a bank account?

US customers with a payment plan with a US merchant can add a US bank account by selecting the tab and locating your bank on the list. Once you select your bank, you will be redirected to log into your online bank account.

My bank is not on the list.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to use your US bank account if it is not on the list. Please use a debit or credit card.

I don't see my preferred method.

This means your merchant does not accept your preferred method and you will need to use a credit or debit card.

If my default card fails, can you use another card on my account?

Yes, When in the Payment Methods section of your account, you will see the option to use the other cards on file as a back up method in case your default card fails.

How do I remove an old card?

You will need to make sure the card is not assigned to a plan in open, defaulted, or paused status.

Once you assign a new card to these plans, the remove link will be active on any card not assigned to a plan within the Payment Methods section.
