Send Rescue Messages Manually

You can manually send individual rescue messages, in case you have not configured Partial.ly to automatically send rescue messages, or if you want to send the customer a different offer.
How can I access abandoned cart info?
You can view abandoned Partial.ly checkouts under Abandoned Cart > Abandoned Checkouts.
You will see a list of payment plans in checkout status.
Click the 'View Details' link to access an abandoned plan.
When in the plan, click on the Abandoned Cart tab to see a list of rescue messages that have been sent.
To send a rescue message, click on either the Send rescue SMS or Send rescue email button.
Note that the send Rescue SMS button will only be visible if the customer has entered a phone number, and the Send rescue email button will only be visible if the customer has entered a valid email address.
After clicking one of the buttons, you'll need to select an offer to send with the rescue message. Sending the customer a better offer will improve your chances of rescuing the checkout.
I need to view/edit the rescue message.
You can do this under Abandoned Cart Settings.
