Abandoned Carts with Shopify
Partially can automatically send an email message to customers who do not complete Shopify checkout. Offering your customers a payment plan option can help you recover lost sales.
Payment plans created from abandoned cart rescue messages will be subject to an additional 0.5% fee.
You can activate 2 types of abandoned cart emails:
Type 1 under Settings > Integration > Shopify Settings:
This rescue email is for customers who abandon Shopify checkout. It can be activated by selecting 'Enable email messages?'.
Payment plans created from an abandoned Shopify checkout will have the referral source set to shopify_checkout_created.
Type 2 under Abandoned Cart > Settings:
This rescue email is for customers who abandons Partial.ly checkout.

Editing Abandoned Cart Message
Partial.ly allows you to customize certain content, such as abandoned cart messages, with the liquid templating language.
