Abandoned Carts with BigCommerce

Enable BigCommerce checkout rescue messages

Partially can automatically send an email message to customers who do not complete BigCommerce checkout. This can be done by setting up a workflow.

Go to Settings > Workflows. Click 'View Examples' and choose the workflow template 'Recover an abandoned BigCommerce checkout'.

Rescue abandoned Partially checkouts too

Go to Settings > Workflows. Click 'View Examples' and choose the workflow template 'Recover an abandoned Partial.ly checkout'.

Track abandoned Bigcommerce checkouts

Track BigCommerce checkouts that customers start but do not complete, so they can trigger abandoned checkout workflows. Offering a payment plan can recover carts that would otherwise be lost. A Partial.ly payment plan is created only after the customer follows a workflow checkout link..

You can enable tracking under Settings > Integrations > BigCommerce Settings.
