Adding Partially to BigCommerce

Adding Partially to your BigCommerce website involves copying and pasting a snippet of code into your BigCommerce theme.

The Partially Widget

The Partially widget can be placed on your product pages and will let the customer interactively see the payment plan options available to them.

How Partially handles BC orders?

When the customer selects Partially as their payment option, a BC order will automatically be created. The BC order status of an opened or paid plan can be managed within your BigCommerce Settings.

BigCommerce settings within Partially

There are a couple of settings that control how Partially integrates with BigCommerce.

Shipping

If you have zones and rates set up within BigCommerce, those zones and rates will be pulled from BigCommerce when you connect your store.

If the products you are selling require shipping, be sure to require shipping addresses under Settings > Checkout. BigCommerce order creation may fail if your shop is set to require shipping addresses but you do not have Partially set to collect addresses.

Abandoned carts

Partially can automatically send an email message to customers who do not complete Bigcommerce or Partially checkout.
