Integration fees are nonrefundable and are charged when submitting your integration request form.
Initial setup fee: We currently charge $100 USD for the initial set up of 1 offer.
What is provided with the initial setup? : The initial set up covers adding 1 offer to your currently active Shopify theme with the option to apply basic limitations and customizations, all of which can be submitted in your request form.
What is not provided:
Our fee does not include registration. You must make sure your account is created and set up to process payments. You can register at https://partial.ly/register. You will be required to set up a Stripe Express account upon sign up. You can read more about this at https://support.partial.ly/stripe-express-connect/.
Our fee does not include the creation of your offers. Merchants must create their offers in the Offers section of their account prior to making an integration request. You can learn more about offers at https://support.partial.ly/offers/.
Our fee does not include assistance with merchant settings, such as shipping and taxes, nor do we provide assistance with editing/translating emails and contracts. You can read more about merchant settings here: https://support.partial.ly/merchant-settings-faqs/.
Our fee does not include updating your offer.
Our fee does not include assistance with your Shopify admin. For example, if you limit Partial.ly to a product tag, you must add the tag to the products of your choice.
Adding Partial.ly to New Shopify Theme: If you change your theme, we can re-add Partial.ly to your new theme for an additional fee of $100 USD.
Multiple offers. If you wish to use multiple offers, you will be subject to a larger fee. Please email us at support@partial.ly if you wish to apply more then 1 offer to your theme and we will provide a custom quote.
Offers: Merchants must create their offers in the Offers section of their account prior to making integration request. You can lean more about offers at https://support.partial.ly/offers/.
Offer Flexibility: You can allow customers to choose from a range of terms set within your offer. You can learn more about offer flexibility at https://support.partial.ly/customer-flexibility/.
Basic Limitations and Customizations: You can limit your offer by a minimum order price (ex. only available for orders over $500). You can also limit Partial.ly by a Shopify product tag (ex. limit to products with the tag 'partially').
Limitations and/or customizations that are not available in the request form: If you need additional limitations and/or customizations that are not included in this document, you will be subject to a larger fee. Please email us at support@partial.ly if you need a more custom set up and we will provide a quote.
Adding Partial.ly to Your Cart: Placing Partial.ly on your cart page offers the highest average order value. Depending on your theme, Partial.ly may not work on your cart drawer, pop up cart, or upsale cart. You may be required to convert your cart to a page.
Adding Partial.ly to Your Product Pages: The checkout button on product pages with variants (ex. size, color, etc) will only work with certain standard themes. If we are unable to add the checkout button to your product pages, we will try to add the advertisement widget instead, instructing customers to go to the cart page.
Partial.ly Widget: If your product page has several price options, the Partial.ly widget may not adapt to price changes.
Update Partial.ly Offer: We charge an additional fee of $100 USD if you want us to add a new offer. However, please keep in mind you can instead edit your currently installed offer and the changes will immediately update on the theme.
Merchant Settings: It is advised you review your merchant settings to ensure they are set according to your needs. Merchant Settings include items like shipping zones and rates, taxes, contract customizations, etc. You can learn about all settings at https://support.partial.ly/merchant-settings-faqs/.
Liability: As the merchant, it is your responsibility to test the Partial.ly integration to ensure it works as intended. This includes setting up your merchant settings within your Partial.ly account.
Third Party Apps: Partial.ly is not responsible for how it interacts or is affected by third party apps on your site. We cannot guarantee Partial.ly will work with your third-party apps.
Shopify Plan: Your Shopify plan must allow editing to the theme in order to add Partial.ly to the cart page and all product pages. If it does not allow editing, the only option is to add the Partial.ly checkout button directly to a product page. If this is the case, you may be subject to a larger fee if you wish to add Partial.ly to multiple product pages via this alternative method.
Restricted Business: Partial.ly is not available to merchants listed under Stripe's Prohibited and Restricted Businesses, as well as any merchant who sells travel and/or accommodations such as, but not limited to cruises, resorts, hotels, airfare, retreats, and group trips. We apologize for the inconvenience.
