Abandoned Carts with Shopify

Enable Shopify checkout rescue messages

Partially can automatically send an email message to customers who do not complete Shopify checkout. This can be done by setting up a workflow.

Go to Settings > Workflows. Click 'View Examples' and choose the workflow template 'Recover an abandoned Shopify checkout'.

Rescue abandoned Partially checkouts too

Go to Settings > Workflows. Click 'View Examples' and choose the workflow template 'Recover an abandoned Partial.ly checkout'.

Track abandoned Shopify checkouts

Track incomplete Shopify checkouts so they can trigger abandoned-checkout workflows. A Partial.ly payment plan is created only after the customer follows a workflow checkout link.

You can enable tracking under Settings > Integrations > Shopify Settings.
