Shopify Settings

You can locate your Shopify settings under Settings > Integrations > Shopify Settings.

Your Partially Shopify settings contains:

Custom app credentials

This is the client ID and secret for the custom Shopify app that connects Partially to your Shopify store. Learn more here: Connect Shopify with a Custom App

General settings: options for orders sent to Shopify:

  • Order tags
  • Order notes
  • Inventory behavior
  • Are taxes included in your product price?
  • Send Shopify order confiramtion to the customer
  • Send merchant an email when payment plans fail to submit to Shopify
  • Send customer's phone number to Shopify.
  • Allow discount code

Abandoned Shopify checkout tracking

Track incomplete Shopify checkouts so they can trigger abandoned-checkout workflows. A Partially payment plan is created only after the customer follows a workflow checkout link.

Orders older then 60 days

When using the custom Shopify app, you will need to set up a Flow workflow to mark orders older then 60 days as paid when the plan is paid in full. Learn more here: Connect Shopify with a Custom App

Import store and product catalog

Import your Shopify product catalog. This allows you to:

  • Power product-based Smart Rules
  • Send plans to customer directly from your Partially account.
