Download the plugin from https://github.com/storestartup/woocommerce-partially/archive/master.zip and save it to your computer

In your wordpress admin, go to the plugins page, then click Add New near the top.

Click the Upload Plugin button near the top, click the choose file button and select the zip file you downloaded in step 1, then click the Install Now button.

Click the Activate Plugin button to activate the plugin

Set the offer to use for your Partial.ly checkout button. Go to the Settings menu, then click the Partial.ly Settings option. Enter the Offer ID you would like to use with your button then click Save Changes. The Offer ID can be found in your merchant portal, using the integration tool for the offer in question.
