When will I receive my order?

You will need to directly contact the merchant of your plan for shipping information. The merchant is the one who processes and ships the order.

My shipping address has changed. Can I update it?

You can update your shipping address in the customer portal and editing your profile. However, this will only change the address for future purchases. The address on any current plans is locked and cannot be edited.

Merchants typically download the shipping address upon the creation of the plan and do not check for updates so we recommend customers directly contact their merchant to update the shipping address.

The merchant is unresponsive.

Many merchants are experiencing slower response times due to the ongoing COVID pandemic. We ask that you give your merchant at least 10 business days to respond to your inquiry.

If the merchant remains unresponsive after 10 business days, please contact Partial.ly Support.
