In order to reopen your plan, all missed payments will need to be processed. If you are unable to pay the missed payments and would like an extension, please directly contact your merchant.

My plan defaulted because I need lower payments or a different schedule.

If you need a new payment schedule, please directly contact your merchant.

My plan defaulted because I need to use a different payment method.

If you need to use a new payment method, please update your payment method in the customer portal. Please see the Adding and updating payment methods support article for more information. Once updated, please contact your merchant or Partial.ly Support for assistance in reopening your plan.
