I want a refund, what should I do?
You will need to directly contact the merchant of your plan. Only the merchant is authorized to cancel payment plans and process refunds.
Where can I confirm my refunds?
You can confirm all refunds at partial.ly/login under Other Payment Plans > Details > Refunds.
How long until the refunds clear my bank account?
Refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to reach your bank account.
I did not get all my refunds yet.
Payment plans require each individual payment be refunded, so all refunds may not clear at once. All refunds should clear within 5 to 10 business days of being processed.
I have a different card, how will I get my refund?
Refunds can only be returned to the card that made the payment. This is because refunds are simply a reversal of the original transaction. We are not able to reroute the refund to another bank account or card.
If you paid with a debit or credit card that has since been canceled or expired, the refund will still return to the bank account associated with that card within 5-10 business days. Debit and credit cards are commonly replaced, so the transactions from those cards are still connected to the bank account they pulled from.
The merchant is unresponsive, what can I do?
Many merchants are experiencing slower response times due to the ongoing COVID pandemic. We ask that you give your merchant at least 10 business days to respond to your inquiry.
If the merchant remains unresponsive after 10 business days, please contact Partial.ly Support.
