The abandoned cart feature lets you rescue Partially checkouts that the customer did not complete by sending them an email with an optionally better offer. By sending the customer a better offer, they'll be more likely to complete their purchase. In addition to rescuring abandoned Partially checkouts, you can also connect your Shopify or BigCommerce shop to send Partially payment plan offers for checkouts abandoned in your store.
For each payment plan rescued from one of our messages, an additional 0.5% fee will apply to all payments for that plan.
