What to include

Providing the following information can help the support team investigate your request:

• Your name and the email address associated with your Partially account
• Your business or merchant name, if applicable
• The payment plan number or customer email address related to the issue, if applicable
• A description of what happened and what you expected to happen
• Any relevant error message or screenshot

Never send your password, API key, or full payment card details by email.

Questions about an order or service

If you are a customer with a question about an order, product, service, cancellation, or refund, contact the merchant you purchased from first. The merchant controls the order and the terms of your purchase.
