Reports

You can pull reports from the following sections of your account:

• Payment Plans
• Payments
• Reports

Reports of payment plans

In the Payment Plans section, use the filter option on the top left to narrow results. Once filtered, select the Export to CSV option on the bottom right to export a detailed spreadsheet. You can also export PDFs of customer contracts.

Payment plans can be filtered by the following criteria:

• Status
• Offer
• Date range
• Customer
• And more

Report of payments and fees

In the Payments section, use the filter button on the top left to narrow results. Once filtered, select the Export to CSV button on the bottom right to export a detailed spreadsheet that includes fees.

Other reports

Additional report types are available from the Reports section of your account, including summaries and other aggregate views.
