You can now connect Partial.ly payment plans to the following Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS) via the NexHealth Synchronizer:
- Open Dental
- Eaglesoft
- Dentrix
- Dentrix Enterprise
Create Your Partial.ly Account
You can sign up for Partial.ly at https://partial.ly/register.
Once registered, you will need to Connect your Stripe Account for payment processing.
Download the NexHealth Synchronizer
You will need to install the NexHealth synchronizer onto the server running your EHR/PMS. You can download it here: https://www.nexhealth.com/download
Connect Partial.ly to NexHealth
To connect Partial.ly to NexHealth, you will need Partial.ly to generate a product key (serial number) to put into the downloaded NexHealth Synchronizer.
To obtain this number key, go to your Integration Settings and click the connect button next to NexHealth:
You will be led to a form where you will be asked for the following information:
- Your EHR / PMS (Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Dentrix Enterprise)
- Business Name
- Contact Email
- Business Address
- Website URL
- Number of Locations
Click submit and this info will be sent to Partial.ly Support, who will create a new “sync” for your institution and generate the product key (serial number).
Connect and Configure NexHealth Settings
Once Partial.ly creates your "sync", add the product key (serial number) to your NexHealth Synchronizer to connect your EHR / PMS.
You can locate this number key within your NexHealth Settings, which now appears under your Integration Settings.
You will also be able to select the payment type Partial.ly should use when adding new payments to your EHR /PMS.
Start Sending Payment Plans
Go to the Payment Plans section and click the 'New Payment Plan' button.
You will see the option to 'Create for Patient' and a pop-up will appear asking for the patient's ID.
Once added, Partial.ly will pull the patient's balance due and you can set up the payment plan terms.
Send or Open the Plan
You can either email the plan to the customer or open it on their behalf if you have their payment method information.
Payments Will Appear within Your EHR / PMS Ledger
You will be notified once the plan is opened and payments will appear in your EHR / PMS Ledger as they are processed.
