My plan defaulted. What are my options?
You can view your defaulted plan at partial.ly/login under 'Other Payment Plans'.
Depending on what your merchant allows, you can either:
A) Reopen your plan. Plans will be reopened with a new schedule that has a down payment of the last failed installment and the same number of remaining installments.
B) Pay your plan balance in full.
If you do not see either option, please directly contact your merchant.
