My payment failed, what can I do?

If allowed by your merchant, the payment will be rescheduled automatically. Most merchants will have a failed payment rescheduled for 2 days later, up to 2 times. If the payment fails 3 times in a row, your plan will default.

Where can I confirm the reschedule date?

You can confirm your next payment date within your customer account at partial.ly/login.

Can I postpone the payment?

If allowed by your merchant, you will see a reschedule link by your plan.

Can I pay the rescheduled payment early?

Yes. You will see a 'make payment' link by the plan.

I need to update my payment method.

I cannnot pay and need new payment terms.

You will need to contact the merchant of your plan to request new payment terms.

My plan defaulted.

I don't want the goods or services associated with my plan. How do I cancel the plan and get a refund?

You will need to directly contact the merchant of your plan. Only the merchant is authorized to cancel payment plans and process refunds. You can read more about refunds here: Refund FAQs for Customers.
