My payment failed, what can I do?
Most merchants allow a failed payment to be rescheduled automatically up to 2 times. Some may allow more or less. You will be notified by email when a payment fails, along with the reschedule date.
Where can I confirm the reschedule date?
You can confirm your next payment date within your customer account at partial.ly/login.
Can I postpone the payment?

Can I pay the rescheduled payment early?
Yes. You will see a 'make payment' link by the plan. Be sure to select 'Pay my next installment now, leaving my remaining payments unchanged'. You can read more about manually submitting payments here: How Customers Submit Payments

I cannot pay and need new payment terms.
You will need to contact the merchant of your plan to request new payment terms.
My plan defaulted.

I don't want the goods or services associated with my plan. How do I cancel the plan and get a refund?
You will need to directly contact the merchant of your plan. Only the merchant is authorized to cancel payment plans and process refunds. You can read more about refunds here: Refund FAQs for Customers.
Who is the merchant of my plan?
The merchant is who you made your purchase from, typically from the merchant's website. You can find the name of your merchant next to your plan when logged into your account at https://partial.ly/login.
